Music

Is there a future for someone who just loves music?

Well it's hard to get a nice career in music, but if you are really dedicated, and if u get a powerful band, and if you have luck. The music can be the way for you to get rich.

As a musician people must be very dedicated and very creative, to write the lyric and to know the best way to sing or to play.

There are two main jobs as a Musician, the one where you play over the world with your band, and the other one is to be teacher.
people can also work with music, like dj's or something like that, dancing is another way to work with music, but when i said that there are two main jobs as a musician i'm refering to the ones who love playing guitar or singing, or something else that can be done on a band.

If you really love music and you want to form your band, then you'll have to work really hard, because living only with music is hard... You have to be famous, and to be famous you've to be good, like all the bands you know, such as Queen, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones etc.. they were the best of the bests, thats why their life is great, they have no economical problems or wathever, and i'm sure that they love their job!

If you think that you're not going to be as famous as they were and you would like to be connected to music or if you like to teach it, then teacher would be the best choice, you could always teach someone to be a true musician a famous one or something like that, then they would say "my teacher was..." that would be very nice for you.
There is nothing better than doing what you love, so if you love music go ahead!

"Recruitment"

Recruitment refers to the process of screening, and selecting qualified people for a job at an organization or firm, or for a vacancy in a volunteer-based organization or community group. While generalist managers or administrators can undertake some components of the recruitment process, mid- and large-size organizations and companies often retainprofessional recruiters or outsource some of the process to recruitment agencies. External recruitment is the process of attracting and selecting employees from outside the organization.

The recruitment industry has four main types of agencies: employment agencies, recruitment websites and job search engines, "headhunters" for executive and professional recruitment, and in-house recruitment. The stages in recruitment include sourcing candidates by advertising or other methods, and screening and selecting potential candidates using tests or interviews

Traditional Agency

Also known as a employment agencies, recruitment agencies have historically had a physical location. A candidate visits a local branch for a short interview and an assessment before being taken onto the agency’s books. Recruitment consultants then work to match their pool of candidates to their clients' open positions. Suitable candidates are short-listed and put forward for an interview with potential employers.

A More Modern Agency

Nowadays there are online engines that alow people to search across multiple websites, such sites have two main features: job boards and a curriculum vitae. Some of these new search engines, list the advertisements of traditional job boards. These search engines allow people to find new positions that may not be advertised on traditional job boards, and online recruitment websites. The online software provided by those who specialize in online recruitment helps organizations attract, test, recruit, employ and retain quality staff with a minimal amount of administration. Online recruitment websites can be very helpful to find candidates that are very actively looking for work and post their resumes online.

The Army

An army , in the broadest sense, is the land-based armed forces of a nation. It may also include other branches of the military such as an air force. Within a national military force, the word Army may also mean a field army, which is an operational formation, usually made up of one or more corps.

Actualy the army is a good choice for people who didn't finish school, there are many people who doesn't have any projects for the future, so they go to the army, where they can get a decent career, and learn how the world works. The army is a place where people is educated to be a man of honor, and to be independent... So it's the best place to go if you don't have any knowledge about school. Even if u don't like wars, or just the weapons or wathever, u can go to cooker or something else.
Maybe if you want to go to the university and you don't know where to go, or if you don't have enough money to study at a normal university, the army shall be the best choice, because there you can get the same opportunitties as the "normal" students who studied at the public universities.
when you're 18 they offer you the drivers license, which is very expensive for a non-rich person. After finishing your "school" in the army, you've many privileges in the society such as better opportunitties to get a job in your area.

The New world of Work

A New world of work, what has changed in the world, and why should we bother? well there are many reasons for us to bother with the new world of work.
Is it going to be harder than before?
Is there any place to work?
Will it have any control?

well there are multiple answers, but first I would like you to imagine, an old man holding an hammer, what do you think? is he working? and what about a girl in a factory near a machine which is doing everything alone, is she working? and even a business man on the beach talking with someone on the phone, is he talking to a client or just in vacations?

well after those questions, you can see that with knowledge workers, there is just no limit to where, and when they might work. So, why do managers insist we come in everyday from nine-to-five... living trough traffic jams, overcrowded public, transportation and worse.
BECAUSE WE USED TO DEPEND ON THINGS! machines, files, resources etc..
Now everything is digital! Digital communication and world wide web shrunk the world, with the internet there are new ways of colaborating. the humanity is increasing the complexity of things that will require more and better communication and colaboration.
For eg: the productivity is higher than ever, but so is the avarage work week, (31% of higher educated americans is working more than 50 hours a week).
If we keep going like this, people will be ending without a proper life! Working "24 hours" a day, 7 days a week, with no vacations, WITH NO LIFE! who is the superman or the superwoman who can live like this?

We need to re-think the way we work, the places we work, how and when we work, and the tools we use.

Smuggling

Smuggling, also known as trafficking, is the clandestine transportation of goods or persons past a point where prohibited, such as out of a building, into a prison, or across an international border, in violation of the law or other rules.

Nowadays people isn't so motivated to work because the world opportunitties are not fair, for eg: a student who just finished his career at the university and is looking for a job, where every places are already full, he'll have to work in a supermarket or something like that because he can't find a decent job.
Everyone knows that the salary in a supermarket is low, so there is one reason for people to try illegal "jobs" like smuggling, where you can get easy money.

Much smuggling occurs when enterprising merchants attempt to supply demand for a good or service which is illegal. As a result, illegal drug trafficking, and the smuggling of weapons (illegal arms trade), as well as the historical staples of smuggling, alcohol and tobacco, are widespread. As the smuggler faces significant risk of civil and criminal penalties if caught with contraband, smugglers are able to impose a significant price premium on smuggled goods. The profits involved in smuggling goods appears to be extensive.
